The story, Turquoise Tail is about a glimpse of a myth that I grew up loving and imagined being. Like most young girls, mermaids were magical, beautiful creatures you always pretended to be and wanted to see.

As a child, I spent summers with my family exploring the West Coast on my father's sailboat. A lifetime of memories and adventures have been shared due to my love of the water and the islands around the Salish Sea.
