Tessa Van Poele, Author
Tessa grew up in the waters of the Pacific Northwest, in British Columbia, Canada. It was at a young age that she developed her love of the ocean. In the summer months, she would spend time with her family on her father's sailboat called Radiant, cruising through the Gulf Islands. With her love for the ocean, she has written two books to date: "Treasured Memories" & "Turquoise Tail".
Tessa was inspired to write a book describing the places she visited as a child and the memories she made growing up. "Treasured Memories", talks about all the places she has been with her family throughout the years and the special bond she has with the many beloved and secret spots she gets to share with her loved ones. A tiny number of people have had the opportunity to see what is right in their backyard and get to experience the magnificent scenery that exists in the Pacific Northwest. She encourages people to explore and see what British Columbia has to offer with its magical coves, beaches, islands, and waterways.
